Not sure how this will actually help. I have sent them 20 emails explaining that the code they sent me was already in use and they keep sending me the SAME code. It's not like I am trying to get more than one of these things, but I would like to have one.
Has anyone actually got an email with a different code if there first one was in use?

I'm not giving up yet - people are getting theirs, which means I can get one. The problem relies in the fact that NONE of the subscription requests we have sent over the past half hour has worked; she thought she had gotten through it, and after 10 minutes of nothing happening on the window, she got a "sorry, we're unable to handle the process" error. Weird.

And once again, I got a "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." error message (I'm using FireFox).

If you type it all into to pdf again, the message that comes up saying it appears you were already assigned one will have the email address on it.

You HAVE TO use the pdf. The I tried the link that was posted earlier, and that is for subscription only. The pet is SEPARATE. I did not complete subscription with the email address I used to get the pet.

Ok jumped through hoops signed up downloaded it and the “F”ing Adobe claims errors on it and will not open the download. WTF! seriously I have wasted almost as much time on this as Shards of Orr.

Anyway, I got my mini now. Had to log on my work connection and try another email. Finally got a 2nd email with a working key.

i didn't subscribe to the magazine at all. no confirmation email or anything. just used the .pdf
i did have to send a request for my second account a few times. even though i got the "congrats" message i hadn't received a code. after a few times it said the code had been resent and there it was.
wish i got off work early to test the codes >_<

I got my subscription thing through, and it sent a confirmation email. Wasn't the minipet code supposed to be in this email too????

And me being stupid, i exited the mag after downloading.. but i don't know where i downloaded it too! I can't find it!! The site is too busy for me to download again

I can't seem to download the .pdf at the moment. I got it right up a few minutes ago and everything seemed fine but it gave an error and now it won't download at all it seems.

lol, i got at least 20 e-mails with the same code, which didnt work... and my girlfriend got a bunch of emails after a while with different codes, only 2 working though. super wierd but oh well, finally got one ._.

The download seems to time-out and then you're left with a corrupt file and the browser will keep trying to use the dud data, instead of starting again, unless you clear the cache.

Better yet, use the torrent someone posted. I started it an hour ago and in the time it took to download I had several failures from the site, but the torrent got here in the end and I just unlocked the mini!

After updating Adobe Reader I finally got it to work, and got a code after a few attempts (despite getting the "oops" message).

Cute little thing, too, though it's no Raptor (now there's a mini I want made)...

well if these things are ip based that would explain why mine isnt working. got a code for a friend and myself. didnt activate mine until after he had used his. the codes were different though, so i dont understand that...

Still. Very disappointed.
